The HydroMassage bed uses warm, hydro-jet nozzles under a waterproof layer that massages the midline section of the body.  You can target certain areas, such as the back, or let the bed give you a full body massage.  The pressure, or force, of the massage jets are adjustable by the user along with target areas and speed.

Century Fitness offers the added service of HydroMassage.  Any member can take advantage of this convenient and healthy club feature.  One option is to purchase a HydroMassage session for only 50 cents per minute.  The second option for those who fall in love with the HydroMassage (so easy to do) is a simple upgrade to our Premier Plan for unlimited 10-minute sessions -only $9.99 additional per month. HydroMassage gives members the benefits of massage, in a very convenient way – just take off your sneakers and enjoy! HydroMassage beds provide a warm, relaxing, and rejuvenating experience.

When should I use HydroMassage?

Most commonly, HydroMassage water massage is enjoyed post-workout as a cool-down prior to leaving the gym.  In this case, it is ideal to have showered or at least cleaned up and changed into fresh clothes.  It can also be utilized before a workout to loosen tight muscles. However, many members visit the gym just to use the HydroMassage bed between workouts.
