Our Fitness Center
The Fitness Center at Century Fitness is a complete up-to-date facility of strength, cardiovascular, and core training equipment. The equipment is hand selected by the owner and staff physical therapist to give a variety of the most effective machines. Brand names such as Hammer Strength, Life Fitness, Matrix, Precor, Nautilus, and Hoist are just a few of the lines featured in the Fitness Center.
Since we have such a large number of cardio machines, they are ready for you to just get on and go so you can get “in the zone” for a great cardio workout. All of the cardio equipment have built in personal flat screen T.V.’s or are equipped so you can “plug in” to our Cardio Theatre System.
We take great pride in our Fitness Center and the entire club. Equipment is well maintained and clean. The atmosphere is friendly and fun. Century Fitness…where everybody fits in!
