Rockin’ Pink

We are excited to be hosting a special month to benefit the Susan G. Komen Foundation!  There are special event T-shirts, activities, awareness booth, free prize giveaways, and you can even indulge on a Berry, Berry Pink Protein Shake.  We also have formed a team for The Rays of Hope Walk & Run Toward the Cure of Breast Cancer celebrating their 25th Year (reference team name: “Century Fitness Rockin’ Pink”).  Our collective and generous efforts during Rockin’ Pink October will help fund research, prevention, and support for Breast Cancer on those affected.

About Breast Cancer

No matter who you are or where you live, breast cancer may touch your life. Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women in the U.S. and around the world. In 2018, about 266,120 women will be diagnosed in the U.S. alone.

Progress in treatment and early detection has led to improved survival for people of all ages and races, and with all stages of breast cancer. In fact, there are more than 3.5 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S. today (more than any other group of cancer survivors).  (Source:
