Several weeks ago, we asked you to give us your thoughts on how “Century Made My Life Better__________”  (fill in the blank contest). An overwhelming number of members shared their deep feelings – honestly, we were blown away!

Thanks to you, this process re-opened our minds to some of the heartfelt reasons why you come to Century. They say when you get to a “certain age” that your goals are more about health and longevity. What surprised us is that members of all ages value their overall health and wellness as the real priority.

So, it is not necessarily about looking your best, although making physical improvements is still appreciated, especially when others notice. It is mostly about health, fitness, and wellness from within… and it is very personal according to what you shared with us.

No joke, we held back tears on some of the entries. It made us realize that we are such an important part of your life, and we are truly honored. However, we are just a conduit so you can-do-it. If you are among the many on a journey to your own personal goals, know that success comes from you. You are doing the work, and, along with making smart choices, you will get there!
