We all know and understand that healthy habits, including exercise and good nutrition, produce positive changes in your life. For 2019 Century Fitness will help take you beyond change – to a whole new Fitness Revolution!
It all starts on New Year’s Day when the club is open all day, regular hours. Then we keep the momentum going with activities and special classes for an entire week! We’re not done yet. The Fitness Revolution will be ongoing for all of 2019, as we introduce even more ways for you to get fantastic results!
Here’s a glimpse ahead of the excitement to come:
- HIIT CIRCUIT – HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Maybe you’ve seen this type of quick moving training but wondered how to go about starting. Century Fitness has developed a signature program that is organized to keep you moving and give you a great workout.
Our new guided HIIT Circuit offers benefits that are far reaching. It utilizes many functional movements that alternate with bursts of cardio. The stations are easy enough to follow for any level. In a little over 30 minutes, you’ll accomplish a lot – maybe more than ever before!
Initial free instruction highlighting the base workout will be offered as we kick off the new circuit. Members can also take advantage of Personal Trainers to learn customized or advanced skills and gain superior motivation.
- SMALL GROUP TRAINING – Century Fitness offers great specialized workouts taught by highly skilled Personal Trainers in a small group setting. We bring you these programs at a value that can only be found at Century Fitness. Look for more of these opportunities that bring your workouts to the next level
- NEW EQUIPMENT – As always, we have watched the trends, discovered some of the best equipment available, and are ready to invest in more new equipment.
- SPARTAN OCR TRAINING – Join the growing number of enthusiasts that have tried their hands (feet and everything else) in those muddy, tough, obstacle course races (OCR). Whether you are thinking about your first race or you want to improve, Century has the Certified SPARTAN Coach to train and prepare you. Meet with Linda Leao Raina individually or in a small group to train like a Spartan and overcome any obstacle!
