Members will soon enjoy two NEW Cybex Arc Trainers.

The first NEW Cybex Arc Trainer is just like the wonderful ones we already have upstairs. Fully equipped with all the programs and computerized functions.

The second NEW Trainer is called SPARC by Cybex and it is designed for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). These short cardio bursts can be done in conjunction with your workout routine to break it up and amp up your metabolism.
